What happens, in a nutshell, is that ribosomes build proteins from amino acids based on the codes copied from the blueprints laid out by your DNA. While our cells are often able to build their own proteins, some people have difficulty generating specific kinds of amino acids.
Moreover, even if you have a healthy and natural metabolism, you still need to intake some amino acids in order to build the proteins your body needs to perform certain fundamental processes. Unfortunately, most people simply dont get enough of certain essential amino acids to function optimally. As a result, they feel lethargic, and they suffer ailments and maladies.

The good news is that you can now take nutritional supplements which provide your body with special amino acids that you need to optimize your cellular health.
