Horizon Medical Group, a Delaware Corporation, finished 1999 with 15 centers open throughout Florida and another 6 additional centers under construction. Over the next 12 months Horizon planson opening an additional 20 centers, which will be located in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Horizon has partnered with G.E. Medical Systems to exclusively use their state of the art Signa Profile Machine. Horizon will add a second modality to each one of its centers over the next 12 months. This will be a combination of Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine and CT.

The Horizon MRI centers are run from its head office in Sarasota, Florida, with a staff of 45 employees. The company has linked all the centers together with a state of the art computer system. This enables Horizon to handle all billing, collecting, marketing, advertising and monitoring of each center from one central location. This system is very successful in cutting costs. It is also the key to the Company's management system. Horizon has an in house transcription and insurance contracting department, as well as its own courier service. Horizon has been very successful in the timely opening of its centers due to the fact that it owns its own construction company.

To aid its exciting expansion, Horizon has contracted with experienced medical staff, consultants and physicians to ensure the success of each center. Groups of radiologists will be used in each area that a center is placed to facilitate the needs of our customers. Horizon has successfully implemented a full teleradiography department. Presently they are linking all their centers together in clusters using this exciting technology. Horizon anticipates the successful linking of all centers to its home office by the end of 2000.
